StayOn

project

Abstract

In the EU, rural areas are affected by a higher share of NEETs, and a higher proportion of the population faces the risk of social exclusion.
StayOn’s ultimate objective is to create conditions that enable young people to “stay on” rural land by ensuring their access to opportunities, benefits, services and jobs.
The project aims at fostering youth empowerment providing adequate skills for the rural labour market, such as digital skills, abilities to manage environmental impacts, and personal development.

What about the Clusters?

An impact management system attempts to measure and assess the impact of the project in order to improve it. This instrument enables the project partners, funders, program designers and policymakers to access substantial evidence of what works and how and what does not work and why in the world of youth employment programs.

StayOn’s impact management system partly relies on output indicators divided in:

  • CLUSTER 1 including Output indicators groups A that lead to participants experiencing social inclusion;
  • CLUSTER 2 including Output indicators groups B and C that lead to increased transnational cooperation on labor market issues.
